Digital Products

All products sold by HillTech Partners are digital downloads (templates, tools, and software). Because digital products can be copied and used immediately upon delivery, all sales are final.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will provide a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

You did not receive the product (download link failed or was not delivered)
The product file is corrupted or unusable
The product is materially different from what was described on the product page

How to Request a Refund

Your order number
The email address used at checkout
A description of the issue

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback with your bank without contacting us may result in your account being restricted from future purchases.
